EVIDENCE. INTELLIGENCE. GLOBAL DELIVERY.
RAUZ Environmental & Engineering Monitoring Intelligence
RAUZ is the monitoring intelligence platform of Rauz Caucasus LLC in Tbilisi, connecting ground, infrastructure, environmental, agricultural and remote-sensing data for independent, engineer-reviewed decisions.
Company Overview
A monitoring-intelligence company built between measurement and decision.
RAUZ is the environmental and engineering monitoring intelligence platform of Rauz Caucasus LLC, based in Tbilisi, Georgia. We connect monitoring, survey, environmental, agricultural and remote-sensing evidence, check whether the data can be trusted, and turn that evidence into clearer technical decisions.
Company Identity
One operating company. One monitoring-intelligence platform.
Rauz Caucasus LLC is the operating company in Tbilisi. RAUZ is the market-facing platform through which the company develops and delivers environmental and engineering monitoring intelligence. Keeping the legal entity and the technical platform clear helps clients and partners understand who operates the business and what RAUZ is designed to do.

RAUZ
Environmental & Engineering Monitoring Intelligence Platform focused on turning fragmented monitoring evidence into structured, traceable and engineer-reviewed intelligence.
Why RAUZ Exists
Monitoring projects rarely fail because they have no data. They struggle when the evidence is fragmented or difficult to interpret.
A project can already have instruments, survey teams, dashboards, spreadsheets, satellite products and contractor reports and still lack a clear technical answer. RAUZ is built for that interpretation gap.
Different systems, one physical problem
Monitoring data may sit across loggers, survey exports, reports, GIS, InSAR products and environmental records. RAUZ brings relevant evidence into a common review structure.
A chart is not yet a conclusion
Baselines, timestamps, missing records, resets, reference changes, drift and inconsistent metadata can alter the meaning of a trend. QA/QC comes before interpretation.
Measurements need physical explanation
Movement, groundwater, weather, construction sequence, environmental change and neighbouring observations may need to be reviewed together before a credible interpretation is possible.
Threshold exceedance is the start of a review
An alert should trigger questions about data credibility, persistence, rate, spatial coherence and project context—not simply produce another red line on a dashboard.
Repetition can be automated; accountability cannot
RAUZ uses automation and AI-assisted processing to reduce repetitive checking and preparation while keeping consequential technical findings under human review.
Keep a second technical view available
RAUZ can sit above third-party field systems and monitoring contractors where an owner, consultant or project team needs a separate interpretation or assurance layer.
Live Platform Capabilities
A connected analytical layer across monitoring, environmental and remote-sensing data.
RAUZ combines operational platform capabilities with engineering review. The objective is not to turn every project into a proprietary hardware ecosystem, but to make the evidence already available easier to validate, compare, interpret and report.
Data Integration
Bring suitable monitoring, survey, environmental, agricultural and remote-sensing datasets into a common review workflow.
Data QA/QC
Screen completeness, timestamps, baselines, discontinuities, suspicious changes and other data-quality issues before interpretation.
Monitoring Analytics
Review trends, rates, changes, thresholds, neighbouring observations and cross-source relationships.
InSAR Intelligence
Use satellite-derived ground-motion evidence as a wider spatial or historical layer where the method is technically suitable.
Alert Intelligence
Review apparent trigger events in the context of data credibility, persistence, rate, neighbouring evidence and project conditions.
AI-Assisted Review
Use automation and AI to support anomaly triage, comparison and report preparation while retaining accountable human review.
Independent Review
Provide a separate technical view of monitoring plans, data, thresholds, reports, anomalies and the interpretation attached to them.
Automated Reporting
Reduce repetitive preparation while keeping measured facts, processing, interpretation, assumptions and limitations distinguishable.
How We Work
Connect the evidence. Check the data. Interpret the physical system.
RAUZ uses a repeatable logic across different monitoring domains. The instruments and project conditions change; the need for traceable evidence and disciplined interpretation does not.
Define what physical or environmental behaviour matters and identify the evidence already available.
Bring relevant datasets into a structure that preserves source, unit, timing, baseline and metadata.
Check data quality, continuity, anomalies, reference conditions and whether the evidence is fit for the question.
Compare trends, context, neighbouring measurements, remote sensing and plausible physical mechanisms.
State supported findings, uncertainty, limitations and the next technical action or question clearly.
Monitoring Domains
One intelligence architecture across different physical environments.
RAUZ is not organised around one sensor category. The platform is designed around recurring questions: what is changing, whether the change is credible, what may be driving it and what should be reviewed next.
Movement, groundwater and asset response
Typical evidence can include inclinometers, piezometers, settlement monitoring, total-station survey, GNSS, tilt, cracks, vibration and InSAR.
Water, weather, soil, air and environmental change
Bring relevant environmental observations into a consistent review, quality-control and reporting workflow rather than treating each parameter as an isolated stream.
Growing-environment and microclimate intelligence
Combine suitable soil, water and microclimate observations to support irrigation review, growing-environment assessment and operational decisions.
Strategic Markets
Tbilisi-based, with a focused international market strategy.
RAUZ’s strategic market focus for the next three years is the South Caucasus, European Union, United Kingdom, Middle East and Africa. These are market priorities, not claims that RAUZ maintains a permanent office in every country. Local field delivery and regulated professional roles remain project- and jurisdiction-specific.
South Caucasus
The home-region focus, with Tbilisi as RAUZ’s operating base and a natural starting point for infrastructure, ground, environmental and remote-sensing collaboration.
European Union
Remote-first monitoring intelligence, environmental data review, InSAR interpretation and collaboration with established local engineering and field-delivery teams.
United Kingdom
A distinct market focus for infrastructure, asset monitoring, data assurance, independent review and remote-sensing interpretation.
Middle East
Monitoring intelligence for complex infrastructure, urban development, ground movement, environmental conditions and projects that combine local delivery with remote technical review.
Africa
A long-term market for infrastructure, slopes, mining, water, environmental monitoring and remote-sensing workflows where project-specific evidence and local capability justify engagement.
Local field capability can remain local
RAUZ can provide the analytical and review layer while installation, survey, routine readings, maintenance and locally regulated services remain with appropriately qualified local parties.
Trust & Governance
Technical credibility comes from traceability, boundaries and review—not from marketing claims.
RAUZ keeps measured evidence, processing, interpretation, uncertainty and decision responsibility distinguishable. That separation matters when data is used to support engineering, environmental or operational decisions.
- Evidence before conclusion. Start with the records that can answer the defined question.
- Vendor-neutral by design. Existing instruments and platforms can remain where their data is suitable.
- QA/QC before interpretation. Data quality is part of the technical analysis, not a final formatting check.
- Human accountability. AI and automation support the workflow; consequential conclusions remain engineer-reviewed.
- Project context matters. Geology, groundwater, climate, construction sequence and jurisdiction are not inferred from generic assumptions.
- Clear responsibility boundaries. RAUZ does not silently assume the duties of the field contractor, designer, Engineer of Record or statutory checker.
