Mandatory rights remain

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights, remedies or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Permitted Use

Use the website lawfully and without interfering with other users or systems.

RAUZ permits normal access to its public website for legitimate informational, professional and business purposes. Website access does not transfer ownership of RAUZ content or grant an unrestricted licence to copy, extract, republish or commercialise it.

You may

  • View public RAUZ pages and follow normal public links.
  • Share links to public pages.
  • Print limited material for internal reference.
  • Quote limited portions with clear attribution where lawful.
  • Contact RAUZ through the published enquiry routes.

You may not

  • Attack, overload, disrupt or unlawfully probe the website.
  • Attempt unauthorised access or bypass security controls.
  • Introduce malicious code, spam, fraud or unlawful material.
  • Impersonate RAUZ or misrepresent affiliation, approval or partnership.
  • Remove copyright, trademark or source attribution.
  • Bulk-copy protected content for unauthorised commercial republication.

Ordinary search-engine indexing, linking and other automated access that complies with applicable law, published technical controls and the website’s robots directives is not prohibited merely because it is automated.

Technical & Engineering Content

Public technical information is not a project-specific engineering opinion.

RAUZ publishes material concerning monitoring intelligence, environmental monitoring, geotechnical and structural monitoring, agricultural monitoring, instrumentation, remote sensing, InSAR, data quality, analytics, alerting, AI-assisted review and automated reporting. Public material can frame a technical discussion, but the answer for a real project depends on the evidence and context of that project.

No automatic professional appointment
Reading an article, viewing a chart, using a public calculator or reviewing a demonstration does not create a project-specific RAUZ opinion, certification, approval, monitoring duty or professional appointment.
Project context can change the answer
Geology, stratigraphy, groundwater, weather, environmental conditions, soil and crop conditions, installation details, calibration, survey control, construction sequence, asset behaviour, data quality and local requirements can materially change interpretation.
AI and automation remain analytical tools
Automated screening, charts, alerts, anomaly detection, AI-assisted text, cross-source analytics and automated reporting can support review. They do not remove the need for the human review, local professional involvement or project-specific decision process required by the applicable scope.
Monitoring does not guarantee safety or complete detection
Website content does not warrant that an asset, site, environment or operation is safe; that every adverse condition will be detected; that every trigger exceedance represents real physical change; or that monitoring replaces competent design, inspection, construction control, environmental judgement, agricultural judgement or locally required professional services.

Enquiries & User Submissions

Start a conversation without treating a public form as a confidential project archive.

Public contact forms, quote builders and email links are intended to begin a discussion. Unless RAUZ expressly provides and approves a specific transfer route, they should not be treated as secure repositories for confidential engineering, commercial or personal data.

  • Submit only information you are authorised to disclose.
  • Do not send unnecessary personal or special-category data.
  • Agree a suitable transfer route before sending sensitive project files.
  • Do not assume an enquiry creates a project appointment.
  • Do not assume a submission gives RAUZ permission to publish a project or client identity.
  • Project data rights should be addressed in the relevant written agreement.
Sending an enquiry, RFQ, dataset or technical question does not by itself confirm acceptance, scope, fee, programme, deliverable, confidentiality regime or professional responsibility.

Intellectual Property

Website access does not transfer RAUZ or third-party intellectual property.

Unless otherwise stated, original RAUZ website text, graphics, diagrams, interfaces, software elements, branding and other original material are owned by Rauz Caucasus LLC or used under an appropriate right. Third-party material remains subject to its owners’ rights and terms.

RAUZ names & marks

Visiting the website does not grant a right to use the RAUZ name, logo, visual identity or service names as a business identifier, endorsement, reseller badge or partnership claim.

Reasonable citation

Normal linking and limited quotation with clear attribution are different from bulk copying, resale, systematic republication or creation of a competing content library.

Project & software IP

Ownership and licensing of reports, code, APIs, transformations, dashboards, analytical methods and other project deliverables are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Third-Party Websites, Data & Services

External references remain external.

RAUZ may link to public authorities, technical publishers, research organisations, equipment manufacturers, satellite-data providers, software platforms and other third parties. RAUZ may also analyse data generated by systems it does not own or operate.

External links

A link is provided for reference or navigation. It does not by itself create a partnership, endorsement, agency relationship or acceptance of responsibility for the external site.

Third-party measurements

Field readings, survey control, sensor calibration, laboratory results, satellite products, weather data and vendor platforms remain subject to their own methods, limitations and project responsibilities.

External terms

When you leave RAUZ or use a third-party service, the third party’s own terms, privacy notice, licence conditions and technical limitations may apply.

Privacy & Cookies

Website use may involve personal information and website technologies.

Personal information supplied through enquiries or processed during website operation is handled under the applicable RAUZ privacy documentation. Cookie and similar-technology disclosures should reflect what the production website actually uses.

Availability, Disclaimers & Liability

Website-level limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

The public website is provided for general information and business communication. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RAUZ does not give a website-level warranty that every page is complete, error-free, continuously available or suitable for a user’s particular project or operational decision.

Website availability
RAUZ may update, correct, reorganise, suspend or remove public content and features. The website is not promised to be continuously available, uninterrupted, secure from every threat or free from technical errors.
Check time-sensitive sources
Legislation, standards, official guidance, technical specifications, satellite products, third-party platforms and external websites can change. Where current status matters, check the latest original source.
General information is not project-specific advice
Users remain responsible for deciding whether public information is relevant to their circumstances and for obtaining project-specific engineering, environmental, agricultural, legal, regulatory or other professional advice where required.
Non-excludable rights remain
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability, consumer rights, statutory protections or legal remedies where an exclusion or restriction would be prohibited or invalid under applicable law.
Contracted services are different
Liability, reliance, deliverables and professional responsibility for a contracted RAUZ service are governed by the applicable written agreement and mandatory law, not solely by the general website wording on this page.

Quotations, Projects & Separate Agreements

A website enquiry is not the professional services contract.

RAUZ may provide one-off reviews, recurring monitoring intelligence, environmental or agricultural monitoring support, InSAR interpretation, diagnostics, monitoring strategy, automated reporting, data integration and other services. Each engagement requires technical and commercial terms appropriate to the actual scope.

Stage Purpose Legal / commercial effect
Website content General information, technical context and service explanation. Does not by itself create a professional appointment.
Enquiry / RFQ Lets a potential client describe a project and request discussion or pricing. Does not by itself confirm acceptance, fee, programme or deliverable.
Quotation / proposal Sets out proposed scope, assumptions, exclusions, programme and commercial terms. Becomes binding only as stated in the quotation and applicable acceptance mechanism.
Accepted project agreement Defines the agreed professional and commercial relationship. Controls the project together with mandatory law and incorporated documents.

Depending on the engagement, project terms may address scope, deliverables, client inputs, confidentiality, data ownership, intellectual property, information security, fees, payment, programme, reliance, professional responsibility, liability, termination, governing law and dispute resolution.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about using rauzs.com.

Do these Terms govern a paid RAUZ project?
These Terms govern the public website. A paid engagement should be governed by the applicable quotation, statement of work, service agreement, subscription terms or other written appointment together with any documents incorporated into that agreement.
Can I rely on a RAUZ article for a live engineering or monitoring decision?
Public articles are general technical information. A project-specific conclusion may depend on geology, groundwater, weather, environmental or soil conditions, monitoring layout, sensor behaviour, construction stage, data quality, local requirements and information not available on a public page.
Can I reproduce RAUZ diagrams, articles or technical material?
Normal linking and limited quotation with clear attribution may be acceptable where lawful. Substantial republication, commercial reuse, removal of attribution, systematic copying, creation of derivative libraries or use of RAUZ branding may require prior written permission.
Does submitting a dataset give RAUZ ownership of it?
No automatic transfer of ownership is intended by an ordinary website enquiry or submission. Rights concerning project data, derived analyses, confidential information, software and deliverables should be defined by the applicable project or confidentiality agreement.
Are third-party links endorsements?
No. RAUZ may link to authorities, publishers, manufacturers, software companies, satellite-data providers, research organisations and other sources for reference. A link does not by itself create a partnership, approval or endorsement.
What law applies to these website Terms?
These Terms are intended to be governed by Georgian law, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be excluded and subject to any valid separate written agreement that applies to a specific relationship.

Changes, Severability & Contact

Keep the Terms current, readable and separate from project contracts.

RAUZ may update these Terms as the website, services or applicable legal requirements change. The effective date should be updated when substantive changes are published.

Severability

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions are intended to continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

No waiver

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not necessarily waive the right to enforce it later.
